Here's a selection of pirate portraits I've been commissioned to draw for a Pirate Activity Day at Waterstones Dundee:

All are based on real historical characters and it was great fun to draw such an array of villainous scallywags! Most folks will have heard of the first five but the sixth, Ching Shih may not be as well known but she was possibly the most successful pirate to ever have lived (look her up HERE to find out more!)
The event is on from 10am this morning and runs till 6pm so if you are in Dundee, head along and join in the fun!
